Traditionally, house purchasers rely on Estate Agents for details of available property.
Whilst they give every assistance to potential buyers their allegiance is towards their clients, the owners – leaving the purchasers very much on their own in the minefield of location, selection and negotiation.
- We aim to save you time and money for the following reasons:
- Having first visited you in your home, if possible, where we are best able to asses your exact requirements, we can then save you the arduous groundwork that is normally associated with house hunting.
- Once we have identified something suitable, having already viewed it on your behalf, we can report back (location/accommodation/state of repair, etc.), and then to take the matter further, if necessary.
- If you decide to proceed with the purchase and upon your instructions we can open negotiations with the owners’ Agents to your best advantage not only in terms of price but also to consider what may or may not be included as well as the important question of timing, the instructing of structural surveyors and solicitors and seeing the transaction through to exchange of contracts.
- Our contacts are long established, giving us immediate access to information often before it is released.

Terms and Conditions
- These will be discussed during our first consultation but basically there is an initial Registration Fee followed by an additional agreed percentage charge due after exchange of contracts or at the commencement of a tenancy.
- VAT will be charged on all amounts due.
- Our fees are generally considered extremely modest by comparison with the saving we aim to achieve on the final negotiated purchase price or rent of the property.
